Ingredients
- 1 pkg Gingerbread Oreos
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 pkgs Wilton candy melts - any color but they used peppermint

Preparation
Step 1
Making Truffles
First crush Oreos by placing in food processor. After all cookies have been crushed, dump in a large bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Once all the Oreos have been crushed and placed in the bowl, add in the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and a dough like consistency has formed. When you have reached a dough like consistency, roll into 1 inch size truffles. Place in a freezer for 15 minutes or in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Dipping the Truffles
Melt candy melts according to package directions. Using a bamboo skewer - push into frozen cake ball and dip into chocolate. M Harden off chocolate in refrigerator
