Whether you called them hamburgers or school-burgers or booger-burgers, most people either loved 'em or hated 'em. So, if you have a hankering for a little nostalgia, here you go. This recipe makes 50 servings, so if you want less, you can do the math yourself! I guess you could always freeze it. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 425, this concoction into a shallow cooking pan (better be a big one!) and bake at 425, stirring often. Cooking time will vary but just cook until done through. Pour off any excess fat.
  • 1 to 1/2 pound of finely chopped onions, 1 cup of pickle relish (dill or sweet according to your own tastes), 1/2 cup of vinegar (any kind, I guess) and a cup of mustard.
