Ingredients

  • 1-2 #s peeled crawfishh tails or shrimp
  • 1-2 stick butter
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 small pod garlic
  • 1/2 can ro-tel tomatoes
  • 3 ribs clelery
  • 2-3 medium onions- chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 3 green onions
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • pinch or parsley, salt, red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute, bell pepper, garlic, and celelery in butter. Add tomatoes. Cook for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

Add lemon juice, parsely, salt, red pepper, cream of celery soup and seafood.

Cook about 15 minutes.
