Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. mild taco sauce
- 1 small green pepper, chopped or diced
- 3 roma tomatoes, chopped or diced
- 1 small red onion, chopped or diced
- 2 cups mild cheddar finely shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whip together the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Spread evenly on the bottom of a 9-inch dish or 8x8 inch pan.
2. Pour taco sauce over base. Sprinkle green peppers, tomatoes and onions evenly on top of the sauce. Cover with cheese.
3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve wwith fortilla chips.
OPTIONS
1. Use salsa as well as taco sauce.
2. Use alternative tomatoes and/or onion.
3. Top with black olives.
4. Add a layer of guacamole.
