- 1414 Oriole Cookies
- 2Tablespoons2 Tablespoons cream cheese
- 44 sq of Almond or Milk Chocolate, or Dark Chocolate Bark
Crush the Oriole cookies
add the Cream cheese
mix well and form into small balls size of a walnut
place on wax paper and refrigerate while you melt the bark
melt in micro wave a few seconds at a time so it doesn't burn
Take the balls out and roll in melted bark using a toothpick
is helpful. Put Truffles on wax paper in refrigerator till set
you can leave them out on a plate then.
I found some Oriole cookies with mint flavored frosting that made
a good Christmas Truffle.
