Baked Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 green bell peppers, tops and seeds removed
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- minced garlic
- 1 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 cup white rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Chop reserved pepper tops
Microwave the hollowed cleaned peppers for 3 minutes
Cook ground beef with pepper tops, onion, garlic.
Pour in tomatoes, rice, water, worcestershire, salt, pepper, hot sauce.
Bring to a boil and gently boil for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350
Stir cheese into meat mixture.
Stir cheese in the ground beef mixture and spoon mixture in the prepared peppers. Set peppers upright in 8X8 pan
Bake for 30 minutes
