Ingredients
- 4-6 potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 28 ounces beef broth
- 28 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 4 ounces Velvetta cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter
- Instant potatoes for thickening

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot over medium heat, combine potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, beef broth, chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
Stir in sausage, cream of chicken soup, and frozen corn. Continue to simmer until heated through.
Stir in Velvetta cheese and butter; simmer and stir until completely melted. If desired, stir in instant potatoes until soup is desired thickness.
Season with pepper.
