Ingredients
- Search for:
- Rum Raisin Chocolate Cake (one 7-inch pie plate)
- 2/3 ~ 3/4 cup golden raisins
- rum
- 5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup minus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 cup flour
- whipped cream
- 1 . Cover golden raisins with rum. Let them soak for two days. Drain and puree raisins in a mill or finely chop.
- 2 . Preheat oven to 325°F.
- 3 . Microwave chocolate and cream for 1 minute or until the chocolate is almost melted. Stir until it becomes smooth.
- 4 . Whisk in eggs, sugar, raisins, and flour.
- 5 . Pour into 7-inch pie plate brushed with salad oil.
- 6 . Bake for 35 minutes or until the edge is puffed but center is still slightly soft. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.

- ラムレーズンガトーショコラ
- ハッピーバレンタインズデー!!
- ということで、先週末(早っ)作ったケーキです。
- ふつうのチョコレートケーキじゃなくって、ちょっとひねりのあるものを作りたくって、ラムレーズンなぞを入れてみました。
- 毎回言ってますが、普通のレーズンじゃなくって、ゴールデンレーズンね。
- ラム酒に漬けると、これまたふっくらとして美味しいです。
- で、それをが~っとピュレーしたものを生地に入れて焼いてみました。
- レーズンが苦手というテリー(それなのに入れるか?という突っ込みはナシね(苦笑))にも大好評でしたよ~。
- ラム酒が大人の味にしてくれるし、そこにレーズンの甘酸っぱさがちょっぴり隠し味で入る、というなかなかスペシャルなケーキに出来上がりました。

Preparation
