Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked ground beef
- 2 Tbsp dried onion
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8oz can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 c sour cream
- 8-12 oz cooked egg noodles
- **The more flavorful mushroom
- soup makes the dish better.

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Mix soup and milk in a skillet and mix in all other ingredients except sour cream to make sauce. Bring to a boil. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat. Stir in sour cream.
Drain noodles and add to sauce.
