Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- olive oil
- 3 cans of delmonte tomato sauce+(3 cans of water)
- salt and pepper
- a toss of sugar
- 2 lbs chop meat, made into small meatballs
- 2 packages of frozen leaf spinach
- 4 large potatos peeled and cut up into cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in olive oil. Add 3 cans of tomato sauce and 3 cans of water. Add small amounts of salt and pepper and a toss of sugar. Once this boils, add 2 lbs of meatballs. Cook for 1/2 hour. Then add 2 packages of cooked frozen leaf spinach. Add 4 large potatos cut up into cubes and cook another hour or until potatos are soft.
