Ingredients
- Vinaigrette:
- 1 pound brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon water

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, water, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add brussels sprouts, parmesan cheese and bacon.
