Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cup flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of mace

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar gradually.
Add eggs, vanilla, and mace.
Cream well. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix well and chill for 10 minutes. Roll and cut into desired shapes. May be frosted or sprinkled with sugar.
