Ingredients
- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup, softened margarine
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 Tbs. water
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. butterscotch, 12 oz.
- 1/2 tsp. orange extract
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 3/4 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs, water abd vanilla. Gradually add flour. Stir in oats, butterscotch and or nuts. Spread into greased 15x10x1 in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Cool and cut in 2x2 in. squares.
