- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tsp Lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 C plain yogurt

Step 1
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender.
2. Just before serving, remove chicken and shred with 2 forks
3. Add shredded chicken back into slow cooker and stire in oregano and yogurt.
4. Serve as a filling for pita bread.
Ideal Slow Cooker Size 2-3 qt.
