Chocolate Chip Scones (Bisquick)

Nobody will know how easy these were to make or that they are made with Bisquick! They're wonderful!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick Brand Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 3 Tbls sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Additional heavy cream
- Additional sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Stir Bisquick, chips, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 3 Tbls sugar, egg and vanilla until soft dough forms. Pat into 8 inch circle on a greased cookie sheet.
Brush with additional heavy cream. Sprinkle with additional sugar. Cut into 8 wedges with a sharp knife (like cutting a pizza), but do not separate.
Bake @ 425F for about 12 minutes. Carefully separate. Serve warm.
Raisin Scones: Omit chips and vanilla. Add 1/2 cup raisins. Drizzle warm scones with mix of 1/2 cup 10X sugar and 1 Tbls cream.
