Ingredients
- Olive oil, touch
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 29 oz tomato puree
- 6 oz tomato paste
- sugar, pinch
- salt, to taste
- oregano
- parsley

Step 1
Put garlic and oil in pot and brown them - after the brown, add puree (fill that can with water and pour into pan) and stir. Add paste (fill that can to about 1/4 inch from top with water) and add to pot. Put in pinch of sugar and enough salt, oregano and parsley. Simmer without lid for 2 hours then put on lid half way for 2 more hours. Always keep on simmer. May simmer more than the total 4 hours if you want it thicker. I have cooked mine up to 7 hours. You do not need to stir while cooking, but stirring occasionally is fine.
