- 150 g of center chocolate or another kind of chocolate with a caramel filling
- 200 g of condensed milk
- 400 ml of skimmed milk
- 4 pasteurized egg yolks
- 150 ml of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of golden syrup

Beat egg yolks and sugar together until it has a creamy consistency. Heat up the milk and add in the chocolate, stir until it is melted. Then pour it in the egg mix together with condensed milk, extract and syrup. Stir it all together well, if necessary, use a whisk. Get it all in an ice cream machine and run the ice cream until it’s done. 30-60 minutes. It should have 50 minutes in my machine. Then you have a delicious flavorful ice. Put the ice cream in a box and freeze down until use.
