Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts - boiled and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Fill soup can with sour cream (need equal amounts of each)
- Uncle Ben's Cornbread Stuffing (I used one pkg of Pepperidge Farms)
- Chicken broth
- 9 x 13 baking dish
- Foil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix soup and sour cream together.
Toss stuffing and some chicken broth together until all of the stuffing is moist. (not soggy)
Cover bottom of baking dish with stuffing, then a layer of chicken, then a layer of sauce (may not need all of it), then top with stuffing.
Cover with foil and bake for about an hour. Might want to check after 45 minutes. Don't leave foil off while baking or the stuffing will get hard.
