Ingredients
- 1/2 small jalapeño or 1/2 tap chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1/2 small red onion
- 2 TBS fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tap lime juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tap salt
- Pinch pepper
- 14 OZ can petite diced tomatoes, drained

Step 1
Pulse jalapeño, onions, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper in food processor until minced, about 5 pulses, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Add tomatoes and pulse until roughly chopped, about 2 pulses. Serve
