Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked,
- drained & coarsely crumbled
- 1/2 C dairy sour cream
- 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped
- 2 TBL sliced green onion
- 1 TBL lemon juice\1/4 tsp salt
- 3 avocados, halved & pitted

Preparation
Step 1
in bowl, combine crumbled bacon, sour
cream, tomato, onion, lemon juice,
& salt
carefully scoop out avocado halves,
leaving firm shell
dice avocado
fold into bacon mixture
spoon into avocado shells
serve immediately
