  • Make 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbspns mayonnaise
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 tspn. white wine vinegar or can use Tarragon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbspn chopped tarragon
  • salt and pepper
  • Rye bread
  • sliced cucumbers or pickles

Step 1

Hard boil and cool the eggs
Peel and chop roughly
mix with the mayo, vinegar, shallot, tarragon, salt and pepper
toast the bread.
