  • 1 Qt of Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Boxes of Jell-0 Sugar Free/Fat Free Butterscotch Pudding
  • 1 TBSpoon of Splenda Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 2 Cups Crumbs from Food Processor or Ready Made from Box Keebler Brand
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup of Vanilla
  • 1 Lg Tub of Cool Whip Plain or Low Fat or Low Sugar

Step 1

Mix 1 Qt of Plain Yogurt, 2 Boxes of Jell-0 Sugar Free/Fat Free Butterscotch Pudding and 1 TBSpoon of Splenda Brown Sugar Substitute w/ a Wire Whip till firm.

Set aside in Refrigerator

Make a Graham Cracker Crumb Crust or Buy Ready Made

Put into microwave proof or glass Mixing Bowl med. size;

2 Cups Crumbs from Food Processor or Ready Made from Box Keebler Brand, 1/2 Cup Butter and 1 Cup of Vanilla

Melt and Stir Crust Mixture after 1 Min. in Microwave

Prepare Lg Deep Pie Pan by spraying with Pam

Spread & Press Crumb Mixture into Pie Pan

Spread Butterscotch Filling in Crust and even out & put in Freezer to hold about 1 Hr.

Thaw 1 Lg Tub of Cool Whip Plain or Low Fat or Low Sugar

Spoon Lg Dollops on top of Pie and Spread Gently and Swirl

Drizzle ready made carmel topping like grocery store next to Granny Smith Apples

Suggest drop in thin drizzle off teaspoon back & forth in Square Tattersaw Pattern

Top with whole or chopped Pecans and Re-freeze till ready to serve about 1 Hr.

Store left-over Pie in Freezer
