Asparagus & Pear Salad

Ingredients
- 1 LB asparagus, trimmed
- 1 large pear, sliced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 C chopped walnuts, toasted
- 2 TBL prepared honey dijon salad
- dressing
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves

Preparation
Step 1
in lg. skillet bring 1/2" water to boil
add asparagus
cover & boil for 3-5 min or until crisp-
tender
drain & immediately place asparagus in
ice
drain & pat dry - cut into 1/2" pieces
& set aside
in lg bowl combine pear & lemon juice
add onions, walnuts & reserved
asparagus
drizzle w/ dressing & toss to coat
arrange lettuce on 4 salad plates
top w/ asparagus mixture
serve immediately
