Ingredients
- 1 cup cocanut
- 1 cup chopped pecan
- 1 pkg german chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 8 oz (softened) cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In greased 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle cocanut and pecans on bottom of pan.
Combine cake mix, water,oil and eggs.Beat for 2 minutes. Carefully pour batter over cocanut and pecans.
In bowl cream cream cheese, melted butter and powder sugar.
spoon mixture evenly over batter spreading to within 1 inch of edge of pan.
Bake @ 375 for 45 -55 minutes.
