Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
By srumbel
Would you believe me if I told you this amazing smoothie is made from only three ingredients? Bananas, peanut butter and milk, man. It’s the truth, as sure as the sky is blue. You can add a little drizzle of caramel syrup and sprinkle a few peanuts on top if you that’s your kind of thing, but trust me when I tell you it’s really good without those additions as well.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Grab 2 large frozen bananas and toss them into your blender.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. I used crunchy, because that's what I keep on hand, man. I like a little crunch. If you love smooth creamy peanut butter, please use that.
3. Add 1/2 cup milk. (I used 1%, the important reason being...that's what kind I buy).
4. Blend the ingredients together. You may need to turn the blender off and scrape the sides of it with a rubber spatula so that the frozen bananas can be blended up properly. A smooth, wonderful texture is what you are looking for. Keep blending until you get there. Add a touch more milk if you need to. Then just grab a glass or two and pour it in. It should be nice and thick. You can add a drizzle of caramel or chocolate syrup and toss a few peanuts on top, if you have them around and you really like a crunch. :)
