Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1⁄2 in half moons
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 t bottled minced garlic
- 3 ⁄4 c brown rice
- 1 ⁄2 c water
- 1 1⁄2 t chili powder
- 1 t oregano
- 1 ⁄4 chopped cilantro

In crock pot, combine all ingredients except cilantro well. Cook on low for at least 5 hours or on high for 3 hours.
