- Dough
- 3 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 7-8 cup flour
- Filling
- favorite pizza sauce
- favorite pizza toppings

Preparation
Step 1
Mix up dough with a dough hook.
Add yeast to four and then slowing add to other ingredients.
Raise 15 minutes (repeat 3 times)
Roll pie pastry thickness, use round cutter.
Fill pastry and fold into a moon and press firmly all open edges...use a moon press if you have one.
Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes
