Vanilla Wafer Cake

One of my Mom's best cakes. She will usually double this recipe for one bundt cake.

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Shortening
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 2 Cups Crushed Vanilla Wafers
• 1/3 Cup Milk
• 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1 Cup Pecans
• 1 Cup Coconut

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degreesw for 30 minutes.
