Ingredients
- Vanilla glaze:
- 2 cups Bisquick Brand Baking Mix
- 1/4 cup butter or margerine, softened
- 2 Tbls sugar
- 2/3 cup milk or cream
- 1/4 cup preserves or jam
- 2/3 cup 10X powdered sugar
- 2 tsp warm water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- Stir until smooth

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F.
Stir Bisquick, butter and sugar in a bowl (I use a fork) until crumbly. Stir in milk until dough forms, beat with a spoon 15 strokes. Drop by rounded Tbls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Make a shallow well in the center of each biscuit with the back of a teaspoon dipped in water. Fill each well with 1 tsp preserves or jam.
Bake 10-14 minutes, till bottom edges are just golden. Let cool on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes then transfer to wire rack. Drizzle with icing and serve.
