Bisquick Banana Bread

Super quick and easy! Everybody will think you worked really hard and no one will know it's made with Bisquick!

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 3 Tbls vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 2 2/3 cups Bisquick Brand Baking Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs. Stir in Bisquick and bananas. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake @ 350F for 50-60 minutes.
