Ingredients
- 5 cups milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp instant coffee powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur

Step 1
1. Bring first 5 ingredients to simmer in heavy large saucepan over medium heat, whisking frequently. Add chocolate; whisk until melted and smooth. Mix in liqueur. Ladle into mugs and serve.
