Ingredients
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 6 T. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 large egg
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 t. B.P.
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1 c. dried cranberries
- 1/3 c. vanilla-flavored milk chips

Step 1
Beat sugar and butter at medium speed of mixer until well blended (about 2 minutes). Add egg and vanilla, beating well. Lightly spoon flour into measure cup, and level with a knife. Combine flour B.P. and salt, stirring well with whisk. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture; beat at low until blended. Stir in cranberries and chips. Spread batter evenly into an 8" square pan coated with Pam.
Bake 350* for 33 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
