Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 5 oz. chopped white chocolate
- 2 drops natural peppermint extract
- 2 T. raw agave nectar
- 1/2 c. cold milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine 1 c. milk and heavy cream in a pot over medium heat. Heat gently for 4 minutes then turn heat down to low to keep warm.
2. Melt the white chocolate int he top of a double boiler. Once melted, pour the chocolate into a blender and add the warm milk mixture.
3. Add peppermint extract, agave nectar, and cold milk to the blender, and blend all ingredients together into a smooth texture.
4. Pour mixture into molds and insert sticks.
5. Freeze until solid.
