Ingredients

  • Large roasting pan
  • 3 boxes vanilla wafers
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • Large and small box of instant vanilla pudding
  • 8-10 bananas
  • Large and small tubs of cool whip
  • Lemon juice
  • Water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up bananas and cover in lemon juice. Don't soak but make sure they are all covered in the juice. Refrigerate the bananas.

Prepare pudding. Use both boxes, both cans of condensed milk and about a half cup of cold water. Beat at medium speed and refrigerate until firm (5-10 min)

Once your pudding is set, fold in both cool whips and continue to fold until all mixed in.

Spread one box of vanilla wafers in bottom of pan. Top with bananas (make sure they are over all the wafers), then top with your pudding mix. Continue this process ending with wafers being your final layers.
