- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup kefir
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Step 1
1. Blend bananas, almonds, and wheat germ together in a blender.
2. Add honey, kefir, and yogurt, and blend all ingredients together into a smooth texture.
3. Pour into molds of choice and put in sticks.
4. Freeze until solid.
