Lime Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 ts cream of tarter
• 1/2 ts baking soda
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 TBS lime juice
• 1 ts lime zest
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Sift the dry ingredients.
Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in lime juice, egg and zest.
Add the dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated.
Form one inch balls and roll in sugar.

Bake for 12 minutes at 350°.
