  • 1 pkg (3 pieces) Wegmans Ready to Cook Chicken for Pizzaiola
  • Salt and pepper
  • Wegmans Pan Searing Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 pkg Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Leeks, chopped crosswise 1/4 inch
  • 2 cloves Food You Feel Good About Peeled Garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 pkgs (8 oz each) Wegmans Roasted Chicken Gravy (Prepared Foods)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Season chicken bundles (keep strings on) with salt and pepper; dust with pan-searing flour. Heat olive oil in braising pan on MEDIUM-HIGH; add chicken. Brown on all sides, about 5 min.

Remove chicken from pan; set aside. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; add leeks and garlic to pan. Cook, stirring, 1-2 min, until soft but not browned.

Add wine to pan, stirring to loosen browned bits on bottom of pan. Cook 2-3 min until liquid is reduced by one-third. Add chicken gravy. Return chicken to pan. Bring to simmer; cover.

Braise on center rack of oven about 20 min. Serve with gravy.
