Ingredients
- Red Potatoes, ( 2.5 pounds)
- 6 handsome slices of smoked bacon, cooked crisp, in pieces
- 1 Reblochon or 2.5lbs. Taleggio, sliced
- Oil, salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Slice potatoes into 1/4" disks -- Steam/cook.
Heat the oven to 350°.
Place a layer of potato slices on the bottom of a dish. Layer bacon and cheese. Finish with another layer of potatoes.
Cook for about 20-25 minutes until heated through.
Serve.
