Ingredients
- 2 8 oz cans crescent rolls
- 1 lb mild sausage
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Open and unroll each can of rolls; pressing the preforations to seal. Brown the sausage in a skillet; stirring until crumbly and no longer pink; drain well. Add cream cheese and mix well. Spread the sausage mixture on the rolls. roll to enclose the filling. Chill, covered until firm. Cut each roll into slices. Arrange the slices on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. --OR-- Separate each roll and cut in 3 triangle shapes. Put small amount of sausage mixture in each triangle and pull up corners and twist to close top. Bake 350-375 degrees until golden brown. This takes 3 cans crescent rolls.
