Ingredients

1 clove crushed garlic
3 chopped green onions
3 (approx) TBL oil from artichoke jar
4 eggs
several dashes of pepper
few dashes of tobasco
6 crushed double soda crackers
2 6oz jars marinated artichokes (chopped
parsley - chopped

Preparation

Step 1

pre-heat oven to 325
saute garli & onions in oil
beat eggs & add seasonings
add each ingredient separately,
beating w/ fork
pour into well oiled 8"x8" glass pan
sprinkle w/ parsley

bake 35-40 min

cut & serve
