Ingredients
- 3-4 pound Brisket
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
-Place brisket in roasting pan.
-Mix ingredients and pour over meat.
-Cover pan with foil.
-Bake 3-4 hours (1hr per lb of meat)
-Remove meat to cutting board, discard fat, pull meat apart with fork, cut into bitesize pieces. Place meat in serving bowl.
-Skim fat from sauce and pour over meat.
*Serve as taditional or open face sandwiches.
