Ingredients
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 5 tsp. salt
- 1 cup diced onions
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 4 Claus garlic diced
- 1 pinch or thyme or basil
- 1/2 cup parsley flakes
- 4 cans small tomatoes sauce
- 2 cans whole tomatoes (1 lbs. size)
- 2 cups red wine
- Cook sauce for 2 hrs. - add wine in last hour.
- 1 large cans parmesan cheese
- 2-8oz pkgs. of mozzarella cheese
- 1 lge. box of lasagna or 2 small

Step 1
Grease pan until butter. Boil & drain lasagna - Rinse with cold water until cool - Alternate layer of lasagna, layer of sauce, cut slices of mozzarella & grated cheese - Repeat twice three layers. Put in oven to warm or cheese melts
