- 2 # Baby Carrots Washed & Dried
- 3 T Butter
- 2 T Crystallized Ginger Finely Diced
- Sea Salt
- Fresh White Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Skillet, Low Heat With Water, Add Carrots & Cover. Cook Until Fork Tender. Drain. Keep Warm.
Skillet, Low Heat Melt Butter. Add Ginger, Melt.
Add Carrots, Toss Gently 2-3 Minutes.
Add Salt & Pepper.
Serve Hot.
