- 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, frozen
- 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks, frozen
- 1/3 cup chilled unsweetened pineapple juice

Step 1
One hour before serving, transfer pineapple chunks to refrigerator. When pineapple is partially thawed, tranfer to blender or food processor with remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
