Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbs. milk
- 1 Can French-fried onions, crushed
- 3/4 C Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 C Dry bread crumds
- 1 Tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground pepper
- 1 (3-4lbs.) Chicken, but up
- 2 Tbs. Butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the egg & milk in a shallow dish & whisk until blended. Combine the onions, cheese, bread brumbs, paprika, salt & pepper in a shallow dish & mix well. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture. Roll in the bread crumbs mixture to coat.
Arrange the chicken in a 9x12-inch baking dish & drizzel with the butter. Bake @ 350F for 55 to 60 mnutes, or until the chicken registers 165F with a meat thermonmeter.
