CHEESE CAKE (Dick O'Toole)

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cube melted butter
• Mix & form into l0 in. pie pan.
• 2 (80z.) pkg. cream cheese
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix until creamy & pour into pie shell.
Cook at 375 for 20 min. Remove from oven, let stand for 15 min.
1/2 pint sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar
Mix & put on top of cake.

Cook at 425 for 10 min. Remove from oven & let set until cool. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
