Ingredients
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter OR 1 stick butter, softened
- 3/4 cup raisins, dried cherries or cranberries, M&Ms, mini chocolate chips, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds or anything you like!

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9×13 in pan with cooking spray or line with foil and then spray. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Press into prepared pan and bake about 18 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool five minutes, cut into squares or rectangles, and cool completely before serving. Store in air-tight container. Makes 18 bars.
