- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 3 bananas
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon wheat germ
- 1 cup plain yogurt

1. Combine almond butter and bananas in blender and puree.
2. Add walnuts, wheat germ, and yogurt, and blend well.
3. Pour mixture into chosen pop molds and put sticks in place.
4. Freeze
