Ingredients
- 3 cups of green salsa
- 3 cups leftover cooked turkey or chicken shredded
- 4 to 6 oz. lightly salted restaurant style corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 2 cups jalapeno Montery jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon canola oil over medium heat. Add salsa and heat to simmering
Spray a large deep ovenproof skillet with cooking spray. Spread salsa on bottom of skillet. Add 1 cup of the shredded turkey or chicken, 1/3 of the chips, 1/3 cup of the sour cream, and 2/3 cup of the cheese Repeat with the remaining salsa, turkey or chicken, chips, sour cream, and cheese to make two more layers.
Bake for 10 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted. Top with fresh cilantro
