Ingredients

  • 1/2 inch Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 12 slices Thick bacon, cut into small squares
  • 4 Eggs
  • 14 ounces Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 pounds Spaghetti
  • 2 cups Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1 In a frying pan, combine olive oil, garlic, onon, tomoatoes, and bacon. Let simmer 30 minutes. Do not let oil boil.
2 In a bowl, beat eggs with lots of salt and fresh ground pepper
3 Bring a pan of salted water to boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain spaghetti and immediately add egg mixture to pasta. Stir until well mixed. Allow eggs to cook thoroughly before proceeding.
4 Pour in the mixture from the frying pan and stir. Finish with parmesan cheese once on the plate
